This video is of a seminar that was held in 2013. This is a valuable recourse for all designers, maintenance and management people involved in industry. 

Safety standards have changed over the years since then but the information this video imparts is as important today as when it was recorded. Both speakers in this video gave me their express permission to allow this video to be shown anywhere.

It is my hope this video will help save lives.
